   A 20-minute call to map the work you want off your plate. We leave with a role brief and a target start date.

2. 02

   Shortlist in 48 hours

   Three candidates with recorded intros, English assessments, tooling tests and references. You pick who to meet.

3. 03

   Trial week

   Your favourite starts a paid trial week with structured deliverables. If something is off, we re-shortlist — no charge.

4. 04

   Ongoing partnership

   We handle contracts, payroll and HR in the Philippines. You get one clean monthly invoice and a named partner on speed-dial.
